The successful Applicant play a critical role in creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into visually stunning designs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and is skilled in creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to gain insights and validate design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.

• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency and efficiency.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.

• Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design to drive innovation and improve user experiences.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics and assets for promotional materials and campaigns.

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in designing digital products or applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience with user research techniques, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices for designing across multiple devices and screen sizes.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with development teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

• Portfolio showcasing a strong visual design aesthetic, user-centred design thinking, and a variety of design deliverables.
