Role: UI/UX

Developer

Duration: 1 year, renewable

Location: KL, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

In house digital product team. Candidate will focus on both UI and UX design and usability studies, data driven, using data to design the journey. In-house digital platform, for customer and agent for web and app. Customer portal: for customer to manage policy and payment. Agent: Platform for agents to service the customers Closely work with Product Owner, Product team and Tech team

Requirements:

Min 2-4 years work experience with both UI and UX design. Hands-on work experience with UI and UX tools such as: figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other similar tools. Must have solid user-centred design principles- able to apply brand design principle across the board, have user journey design behaviours experience Solid experience with user research and usability testing Familiar with analytics- google analytics. Banking a plus.
