We can\'t do it alone though - this is where you come in.Collaborate with various teams to create compelling website elements, including layouts and templates.Design graphical elements and visuals that align with our brand guidelines. This includes creating engaging graphics for various mediums such as social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.Create custom illustrations and infographics to effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner. This includes data visualization and conceptual graphics that support marketing and communication efforts.Conduct research on user requirements, design trends, and technological advancements to enhance the user experience.Contribute to the development of our overall UX/UI design guidelines.Build wireframe prototypes and mock-ups using Figma.Provide support for the company\'s internal and external community and engagement initiatives such as business networking events, outlet launching, etcAdditional ad hoc tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsUndergoing a Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic or Web Design, or any related field.Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, typography, and layout skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to understand user needs and provide innovative design solutions.Experience with or knowledge of web content management systems is advantageous.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Additional InformationBonus points if you have:

• Experience in Community Building or Leadership Roles in Extracurricular Activities / Associations
• Experience in creating/managing social media accounts
• Overseas work experience or experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
