• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio of previous design work on web and mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of the Flutter framework is a plus.
• A passionate team player capable of handling tasks effectively is preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Design and implement detail-oriented UI/UX across the company's products (both mobile and web-based applications) using deep knowledge of standards and best practices.
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and validate ideas.
• Support UI/UX activities by working with Product Managers and Engineering teams to move concepts from wireframes to the product stage.
• Identify major gaps and improve the functionality of features in the current system's UI/UX.
• Design clean and intuitive interactions that align closely with the product's attributes, particularly for mobile applications.
• Analyze and incorporate outstanding design elements from competitors to enhance our products.
