Job Description

Focusing on UX & UI, the position has potential for hybrid working from its location in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a crucial part in enhancing digital performance and expanding the company\'s global presence website while working with the global digital marketing team and reporting to the group head of digital.

Identify and execute opportunities for enhancing website content, information architecture, and user experience based on customer insights, while providing regular analysis and reporting of digital KPIs across business units.

• Analyze and identify opportunities for enhancing website content, implementing necessary changes to improve its quality.
• Enhance information architecture, including website categorization, navigation, and page templates, to create a more intuitive user experience.
• Utilize customer insights to develop new website features that drive user engagement and generate potential sales leads.
• Continuously enhance user experience and boost conversion rates through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
• Produce monthly analysis and detailed reports on digital key performance indicators (KPIs) for all business units.

Seeking a candidate with 3-4 years\' experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems, UX/UI design tools proficiency, experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently with a \'can do\' attitude, keen attention to detail, and degree-level qualification with stakeholder management skills.

• 3-4 years\' experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of content management systems (Drupal, Word press)
• UX/UI design tools (e.g. invision, sketch, balsamiq)
• Strong experience with Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with a \'can do\' attitude
