JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Client servicing and management
- Meet sales objectives and initiate business pitches across to clients and agencies.
- Develop and expand business opportunities by identifying client requirements, defining market positioning as well as promoting and introducing new cutting-edge products.
- Work closely with the media team to create a competitive media plan that meets client requirements.
- Prepare weekly reports and analyzing sales team performance.
- Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to ensure input products meet desired quality & deadline.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- College / University degree in business, marketing or advertising.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in digital media industry is a must.
- Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong command and proficiency of English is a must.
- Ability to converse with customers in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong will be an added advantage
- Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
- Experience in leading sales of major digital ad networks, agencies or online publisher will be a plus.
- Knowledge of digital media such as: Ad Networks, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, PR, Video, and social media platforms.
- Specialized knowledge: advertising, media, marketing, sales.
- Software skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, expert in PowerPoint presentation and project planning.
- Ability to establish business contracts.
- Ability to work independently and also in teams.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information.
