Job Description
- Position: Underwriting,Junior Executive.
- Salary: RM 2500-3500.
- Job Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang.
Responsibilities
As motor undertaker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining productive relationship with agents and technical support within the business.
Scope of duties will involve the following role:
- Undertake/perform underwriting endorsements for motor insurance.
- Ensure adherence to underwriting policies,procedures and standards.
- Obtain confirmation of No Claim Discount(NCD) information from Insurance Services Malaysia(ISM).
- Reconfirm NCD with discrepancy.
- Accept cancellation and NCD recovery cases.
- Confirm No Claim from previous insurers.
- Prepare Clawback report, NCD Charge report,endorsement reject and vehicle chassis validation to send to HQ.
- Prepare short payment letter.
- Check on policy listing against Accuterm system and inform agent to append vehicle number.
- Malaysian, male or female.
- Minimum qualification: SPM/UEC or Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in motor insurance underwriting.
