Open Position: Unified Communication Engineer (MNC Shared Services)
An MNC Shared Services is currently hiring Unified Communication Engineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience managing and deploying IT communications and collaborative solutions covering telephony, video conference and etc
- Having experience in supporting technology such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Server and other unified communication solutions
- Good technical skills in troubleshooting issues and attending to request from global users with the ticketing tools
- Having professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE and etc would be added advantage
- A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
