Position: Unit Head / Branch Incharge

Company: Icon Everest Credit



We are looking for an experienced and motivated Unit Head / Branch Incharge to lead and manage our branch operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding customer service in line with company standards.



Key Responsibilities:



1)Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve sales, collection, and service targets.



2)Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



3)Develop strategies to expand the branch's customer base and enhance profitability.



4)Monitor loan processing, credit evaluations, and collections to maintain portfolio quality.



5)Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure high performance and productivity.



6)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.



7)Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.
