Summary Report to the Quality Manager. Plan, organize and coordinates the operation of incoming Quality Assurance and Supplier Management. Provide leadership to Quality Engineer, QA Supervisor and QC Inspectors. Support analysis of manufacturing and materials quality issues using appropriate QA tools. Plan and coordinate the facility process validation program, finished product testing & stability program. Also in-charge of the component qualification in order to meet the facility cost improvement project. Assist the Quality Manager in monitoring Quality Audit activities and attending to external audits. 1.Responsible for overall management of Incoming and Supplier Management System, Process Validation Program & Stability Program. 2.Responsible for overall management of incoming activities which includes incoming material acceptance, maintenance of components part numbers, development and issuance of component specifications, review and trending of vendor\'s performance, vendor audits and maintenance of the Certified Supplier Program. 3.New material research and make proposals to Management on new material qualification using technical data obtained. 4. In-charge of component qualification to support Facility Cost Improvement Project. 5.Coordinate, monitor and execute the process validation program for Bard Sdn. Bhd. 6. Support/perform process validation on systems and processes associated with the manufacture and handling of products. 7. Perform gap analysis against the Divisional Operating Procedures and Corporate Policy and update local procedures accordingly. 8.Provide assistance to engineers and supervisors in order for them to participate in process validation activities. 9.Be the independent reviewer for validation protocol & report. Review process validation data generated and performed statistical analysis where appropriate. 10. Prepare and submit validation report to include conclusion, proposal or recommendations to improve reliability of processes. 11.Participate or lead quality improvement activities pertaining adverse component quality trend and customer complaints. 12.Provide leadership and training on statistics and analytical tools to facilitate employee involvement in problem-solving or quality improvement activities. 13.Perform continuous Quality Control evaluation and trend analysis on product quality issues, resolve quality problems and initiate corrective action with other departments as required. 14.Ensure that all QC Inspectors and supervisors are being trained and that they adhere to instructions in the BOPs. 15.Conduct training to new quality Engineers & quality supervisors. 16.Assist the Quality Manager in executing special project or assignment. 17.Maintain and update, when necessary, all BOPs for Incoming and Supplier Management. 18.Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by the Management.Primary Work Location MYS Kedah - Bard Kulim (Malaysia)Additional Locations Work Shift
