Job Description


Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Asset Management Firm for the position of Unit Trust Manager . Job responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success in meeting sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous professional development. Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote unit trust/fund products, targeting potential investors and maximizing sales opportunities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly. Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. Recruit, train, and develop sales agents, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance regulations. Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans as needed. Represent the company at public speaking engagements, seminars, conferences, and client meetings, delivering compelling presentations and effectively communicating the value proposition of our unit trust/fund products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial advisors, and industry influencers. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all marketing and sales activities, maintaining the highest level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices related to fund marketing and sales. Job requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the fund marketing industry, with a focus on unit trust/fund products. Proven track record as a business strategist, successfully developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales agents. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals. In-depth knowledge of unit trust/fund products, market trends, and industry regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on market insights and customer needs. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and sales agents.
