Unity Developer
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM 4,500 - RM 7,000*

Requirements:

• Experience with C++, Python or Java
• Experience with the respective IDE (Visual Studio, Eclipse or IDLE)
• Experience with development on at least one platform (Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android or iOS)
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (planning, design, development and implementation, deployment and maintenance stages)
• Ability to learn new programming languages and platforms, collect feedback and improve existing software
• Good understanding of algorithms, flow charts and mathematical concepts that form the basis of computer programming
• Knowledge in basic networking concepts and implementations (network architecture)
• Experience working with transport layer protocols (UDP, TCP, Websockets)
• Experience with integrating into existing applications and APIs
• Experience with optimisation and performance improvements
• Experience with basic computing hardware knowledge (CPU vs GPU)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with cloud development (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) is an advantage
• Creativity in problem solving
• Familiar with VAPT
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Talk about software goals with the design team
• Participate in audio and animation design
• Participate in UI and UX design
• Fix issues and troubleshoot code
• Convert the design requirements into usable functionality
• Create a successful plan and development pipeline
• Rapidly produce prototypes exhibiting fresh designs and interaction styles.
• Ensure the greatest application performance, quality, and responsiveness through the design, development, and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and dependable code.
• Document the software development process and any relevant research materials;
• Identify process and application bottlenecks; and quickly apply fixes
