Job Description

:

• Develop, review, update, prepare and implement high quality of lesson plans, tutorials, assignments and class discussion in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum;

• Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussions, workshops, consultancy and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students;

• To conduct and teach all relevant psychology assessment from IQ to personality test;

• To support the university’s Psychology Clinic;

• Contribute to the development of new academic programme and to provide ideas, suggestion, proposals, and recommendation to further improve the overall operations, management and profitability of the faculty and the university;

• Supervise student and responsible for students’ academic progress;

• Supervise undergraduate’s student and responsible for students’ academic progress;

• Consistently monitor and provide feedbacks to students on their performance and to provide academic counseling to students;

• Involve in general academic administration of the faculty;

• Participate in research, publications and scholarly activities;

• Supervise students in research projects;

• To fulfil administrative and supervisory roles associated with teaching, research and innovation

• Involve in the development of examination papers and other assessments accordingly to the course learning outcomes, invigilate examinations and evaluate students’ performance;

• To assist in the communication and administrative matters in accordance with the policies and regulatory requirements of the university and regulatory requirements by ruling authorities such as Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA);

• Participate in community engagement projects towards increasing the SETARA rating of the university;

• Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives; 

-Work with Admin to support and coordinate on program communications; and

-Any Other task and duties assigned by Dean.
