Key Responsibilities
Meet the Annual Sales target for assign Honeywell Separations & Purification HSP business target.
Development and maintenance of HSP sales strategies for HISB with distributors for assigned area
Work with Marketing and HSP business team to execute HSP sales strategy right opportunities in the project pipeline.
Execute the strategy and provide improvement on each project/opportunity sales.
In addition to HSP core business, develop and execute a strategic plan to grow HSP business in the non traditional non Oil & Gas area. Prospect the market for applications and needs for Business to develop products to meet new revenue streams
Maintaining accurate Business Forecasts in SFDC with focus on project close dates, accurate probabilities for UOP success (including \xe2\x80\x9ccall\xe2\x80\x9d) and accurate representation of expected UOP fees. Maintaining an accurate forecast is one of the key elements of the Account Manager role.
Using solution selling and Miller Heiman tools for strategy development in accordance with guidelines.
Participate and present at Industry seminars and conferences.
Develop and communicate intelligence concerning customers; customer segments; competitors and UOP\'s
Participate in Cadence Meetings and Sales Reviews to provide informed risk and opportunities of each sale opportunity.
Work and Manage channel partners to pursue organic and new vector adsorbent sales. Internally liaise with business and sales directors to coordinate sales efforts.
Identify new Channel Partners for HSP in respective segment/country.
Perform monthly + quarterly forecast reporting.
Meet accounts receivable and collections targets for assigned accounts.
Meet UOP Asia sales expense budget targets, including travel and expense reporting.
Participate in joint calls for coaching, feedback and development purposes with sales/sales support and channel partner
Motivate channel partner to accomplish goals, objectives and strategies.
YOU MUST HAVE
BS Degree Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related engineering.
Minimum 10 years\' experience in specialty chemicals, catalyst & adsorbents product sales with 5 years direct sales exposure.
Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience (direct and distributors) is preferred.
Account Management Experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue in sales environment.
Experience with international coordination and communication of chemicals products sales.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Willing to travel within SEA & Australasia region (50% of time).
