Job Description
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing your work (personal projects, freelance work, or academic projects).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
- A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design and innovation.
- Lead and inspire a team, providing creative direction and mentorship.
- Develop and oversee the execution of innovative design concepts for websites, mobile apps, event materials, and branding.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.
- Present creative concepts to clients and refine them based on feedback.
