Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
Organize and maintain personnel record keeping and updating of all records.
To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Keep track and follow up sales order & make sure all information are up to date
To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
Scopes:
Working as an admin or related role for a minimum 1 year. However open to meet fresh grad who is open to explore administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
Good command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin.
Required multi-tasking skill, organizational and time-management skills
Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
Possess own transport, and have no issue to start work on short notice.
