Handle all incoming enquiries and to reply efficiently based on company\'s products.
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Ensure all customers\' queries are well-investigated and resolved.
Conduct informative service briefing to customers.
To collect feedback from customers on the services level and reports to the Head for improvement.
Take ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively following through to resolution.

Ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
