- Possess at least a Diploma in Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of experience in secretarial and supervisory role.
- Good in communication, responsible and proactive feedback to Management on admin processes improvement.
- Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team leader.
- Able to work within a tight deadline and fast pace working environment.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
- Handle secretarial tasks that include but not limited to office facilities management, documentation and provide assistance to all directors.
- Task assign, supervise, provide guidance and support for all the admin staff in Johor Bahru branches on day-to-day office administrative and operational issues.
- Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.
