• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Diploma in Architecture / Degree in Architectural Science / Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Knowledge of local authority guidelines and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesAs an Architectural Draftsman, you will be responsible for supporting our design and architectural team with the following tasks: * Prepare Detailed Drawings

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all drafting assignments.
• Coorginate with Designer

• Work closely with Designer to interpret and incorporate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Review and Modify Drawings
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Assist in Project Documentation

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, including revisions and updates to drawings.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support project meetings and reviews.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering

• Create 3D models (Sketch Up) and renderings to visualize architectural designs.
• Utilize Lumion for high-quality rendering and animation to enhance project presentations.
• Ensure Quality and Accuracy

• Ensure all work is completed within specified deadlines.
• Adhere to Local Authority Regulations

• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority guidelines and building codes.
• Assist in the preparation of submission drawings for approval by local authorities.
