Diploma/Degree in Human resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1-2 Years of experience as a HR Generalist.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
Effective and good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, independent with good problem solving abilities.
Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Preferably have own transportation.

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, monitor staffs discipline, performance valuation, compensation & benefits & etc.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and business goals.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all levels of employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Support annual performance management exercises.
