Requirements

• Required language(s): Fluent Mandarin & Intermediate English communication (Both Spoken & Written)
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of full set of accounts working experience. However, partial accounting experience is acceptable.
• Prior experience in F&B/ retail industry is required.
• Solid experience in handling SST.
• Familiar with accounting software is a must
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Have no issue to work based at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
• Possess own transport.
• Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

• Handle a full set of accounts and responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, tax agents and relevant government department (if necessary).
• Generate, monitor and support administration billing and collections, correspondence, quotation, invoices, office and documents administrative tasks.
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Work closely with the operation of other departments and any ad-hoc measures can be handled firmly.

• Basic Salary: Up to RM 4,000 (Subject to candidate's experiences & last withdrawn salary)
• Miscellaneous Allowance (subject to availability)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Office Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
• Reporting to: Senior Account Executive
• Attire: Smart Casual

• They are now looking for a detailed-oriented and self-starter Account Exec to join their team, with experience of full sets of account in the food & beverage/retail industry.
