Fluent in Mandarin (Speak and Listen)

Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (with 2 rotational offday)
Willing to work at 7am - 3am rotational shift (9 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site)

Provide technical support to customers by phone, chat, and email
Provide troubleshooting steps for the device and/or account of the customer
Leverage knowledge and resources to assess needs, uncover errors (user error or platform bugs) and provide solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
