Requirements

  • Education: SPM, Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
  • Languages: Mainly in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Additional languages are of added advantage.
  • Preferably to have 1 year of experience in any field.
  • Better knowledge of operational function.
  • Microsoft Office application, email, and some phone applications relate to job scope.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to provide good judgment and good decision-making
  • Able to plan and work strategically
  • Good time management skills
  • Be responsible and independent.
  • Be committed to deadlines and daily quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound calls to promote our logistics services and generate leads.
  • Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with order tracking.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Recording and updating customer details and interactions in the system.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Meeting or exceeding set targets for lead generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying informed about company services, policies, and industry trends.
  • Monitor shipment movement, identify issues during the occasion, coordinate with respective departments & advise solutions.
  • Able to react/respond quickly and independently.
  • Pre-alert inquiry to respective departments to ensure the job with proper escalation.
  • Acknowledge and validate suppliers\' documentation.
  • Support business development process in the areas of tender analysis, solution design, costing/pricing, and service offering.
  • Communicate matter/issue with respective Manager & Director if issue unable to be resolved within a short period.
  • On a call basis during the weekend to meet the job/task completion.
  • Compile and channel of document including responding of proof of delivery to the respective department.
