Kelayakan

• Qualification: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years in Repossession.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including expert level negotiation skills
• Previous experience in repossessions and managing repossession agents preferred.
• Previous contract negotiation experience preferred.
• Languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Microsoft Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (8 hours/day, 5day shift)
• Location: 46050, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Tanggungjawab

• Good working knowledge and practical experience in Repossession, Sale/Auction of vehicle.
• Responsible for all aspects of pre- and post-repossession handling.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining repossession recovery service standard.
• Serve as a key point of contact through written and verbal communication with their pointework to identify issues and develop relationships.
• Assist with the development and improvement of departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
• Repo Agent issue/conflict resolution.
• Provide coaching and staff counselling on performance issues.
• Responsible for provision regarding final chance to be given to the borrower for repayment of loan before the sale / auction of the vehicle.
• Assist in daily report review, pricing units available for sale and reinstatements with prompt return of customer units.
• Examine auction store yard performance example: on disposal lost & disposal day.
• Resolves any delays or issues with external auction staff to ensure sales occur in a timely manner.
