Job Description
Job Responsibility Before Store Opening Collaborate on location selection and store setup. After Store Opening Manage day-to-day operations and staff. Work with suppliers for product delivery. Train, and manage staff. Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels. Provide exceptional customer service. Analyze sales metrics for optimization. Job Requirements Proven retail management experience. (at least 1 year experience) Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience working in construction or at a hardware store is an added advantage. Min SPM Level.
