Job Responsibility Conduct business development and marketing activities for the company s products and services. To continuously update the prospect database. To secure meetings to present and explain to prospective clients (building managers, building owners, facility management department, and land owners) the added benefit of hiring Park Assist as their Parking Manager and Consultant to manage their Parking Operations. Reporting on ongoing projects to the Managing Director, CEO, and Manager of Business Development. To secure car park contracts and achieve KPI for sales of parking equipment and to secure and renew Car Park Contracts for Buildings and Land. Introduce Park Assist to prospective clients, conduct market feasibility surveys, and parking rate studies of surrounding areas, complete costings before submitting the proposal, and submit proposals regarding Parking Management. To participate with tenders and liaise with relevant authorities in regards to completing tender requirements such as Majlis (Municipal), Parking Equipment Vendor and Contractor, Technical and Operational Team at Park Assist, and other authorities including tow truck operator, security company, and cleaning companies based upon tender requirements. Job Requirements Have good verbal and written communication and converse well in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Having 2 years of working experience in the car parking and/or property industry would add an advantage. The working area covers places in the MAINLY Southern Region (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor). Have a Diploma / Degree or higher in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or other Business disciplines or equivalents. Have an extrovert, outgoing, and energetic character who enjoys field work and friendly interaction with others. Have people skills and are goal-oriented. Has good analytical and number-crunching abilities. Have a positive working attitude plus work and be an active team member. Have your own transportation.
