• Required : A bachelor\'s degree in finance and accountancy or in a related specialization.
• Preferred : Professional degree holder : ACCA / PA

Tanggungjawab

• Entering financial data and transactions into respective ledger. Entering periodic journal entries included accruals, deferrals, referrals, reclassifications, and cost center entries, as well as preparing reports.
• Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate update of financial and management reporting by monitoring and managing KPI tracking.
• Complies with tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
• Ensure overall governance compliances including relevant to legal and accounting standards. Also, adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provides financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices, developing recommendations.
• Monitor, control and reporting system over financial assets and results to the benefits of company.
• To monitor Fixed Assets transactions to ensure assets are properly capitalized in accordance with company fixed assets policies and housekeeping of fixed assets to ensure completeness.
• Manage the day to day overall accounting operations and financial activities abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
• Manage year end stock counting process and procedures.
• Prepare reports by studying variances in financial records, preparing budgets, developing forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee financial transactions within the company to prevent discrepancies.
• Responsible for transfer price documentation preparation.
• Liaise with company external auditor, bankers, company secretarial, tax agents and other statutory authorities.collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and to provide professional expertise advice on financial related matters.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
