Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin, an added advantage if you're able to speak in Cantonese.
• Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Potential talent should have a self-starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
• Employment market savvy - knowledge of trends.
• Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
• At least 2 years(s) of working experience specializing in recruitment or equivalent. Experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Benefits

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Up to RM 6,000 Basic (Subject to Exp, Past Track Record & Interview Performance)
• EPF + Socso + EIS
• Salary Adjustment upon Confirmation.

WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

WORKING LOCATION: Ara Damansara, PJ.
