Job Responsibility Ensure accuracy and timeliness of periodic financial reporting of the organization. Analyse financial results and provide recommendations for improvement as needed to the management team Periodically prepare budget, forecast, and cash flow projection. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all reporting, accounting, taxation and audit requirement imposed by regulatory bodies. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretary, bank, lawyers, tax agent and regulatory authorities. Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required by the management or immediate superior. Ensure effective management of treasury and proper utilization of fund with updated cash flow. Contribute to management decision making by providing financial information and advice. Review the accounting system and internal controls to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness and compliance to regulatory requirement and company s policies. Handle company s confidential documents, ensure the effectiveness of office administration and maintain conducive working environment. Provide support and advise management team on all HR/IT/Admin matter. Co-ordinate liaises with other departments with regards to financial matter. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the audit (preferably) or accounting firms. Good in reporting & communications.
