MohonKelayakan

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or relevant HR role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current HR best practices.
  • Able to work independently with less supervision and the ability to take initiative.
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, advance written and spoken
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Manage staffing levels effectively to meet business needs without exceeding budget constraints.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, employee data, and reports, while ensuring data confidentiality and security.
  • Constantly up to date on any changes in Malaysian Government Legislation and Act, rules and regulations of local authorities to align with company regulation. To coordinate with government agencies to perform expatriate work passes renewals and applications and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulationsPerform any other tasks as assigned by management.
