Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
SPM with relevant experience may apply
Working experience in beverage / restaurant service is required
Working experience in Japanese restaurant preferred
Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays

Preparing meal ingredients for the Chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients
Properly washing and drying all dished, utensils, cooking equipment and cutting boards and nearly putting away all these in their respective places
Packing take-out orders as needed
Operate kitchen equipment such as oven and grill for cooking purposes
Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags and washing garbage bin
Mopping and sweeping the kitchen area as required
Keeping all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
