Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) years' experience in operations or administrative capacity.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and has a responsible attitude.
- Computer literate (i.e. MS Office, Google Calendar).
- Own transport is an added advantage.
- Based at the Operations cum Admin Department
- Handle and coordinate active cleaning schedules/ calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Assist in admin and office support duties
- Assist the Director, if needed
- Customer Services- reply to customer enquiries via social media and Whatapp
- Arrange equipment & tools for the cleaning crew
- Act as a back-up for the operations team and driver i.e. send cleaning equipment to cleaning crew (i.e. once or twice a month)
- Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management.
