Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business or Management or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English and BM both written and verbal; ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Have knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
Responsibilities
  • Communicating, supporting and assisting our international offices, agents and customers on the daily marketing activities
  • Prepare quotation as required by customers
  • Preparing Sales Order in ERP system
  • Follow-up payment status with customer to update account team on latest collection
  • Arranging samples to be sent out to various international offices/agents upon their request
  • Propose the right seal to our international offices, agents and customers
  • Sending artwork and getting approval to our international offices, agents and customers before mass production
  • Attending to sales call for product/price inquiry for international market
  • Prepare proposal or quotation as required
  • Prepare samples for testing purpose
  • Assisting the HOD on any ad-hoc daily marketing activities
  • Prepare market research allows us to discover the target market and get opinions and other feedback from consumers about their interest in the product or service
  • Attend to any customers\' complaints or requirement
  • Raise customer complaint, and work closely with QA department to make the necessary improvement
  • Liaise closely with production team in ensuring the goods delivered as per schedule
  • Managing all communication with production team members and ensure delivery lead time are met
  • Preparing Serial Number List, Store Packing List, Delivery Order / Packing Slip, Commercial Invoice, shipping documents and etc.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangement with store team members, forwarding agent and forwarders
  • Prepare relevant report to The Management
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Renew PAGCOR license yearly
