• Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts for project execution.
• Constantly propose new ideas / solutions to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
• Conduct research, make site visits, and find new vendors / resources related to the online & on ground event.
• Responsible in all aspect of an event execution from Food & beverages, Rental equipment, Sound & light, Manpower & talents, Engagement activities & workshop, Performance & show, Transportation & Venue set up by managing different vendors & stakeholder (On Ground)
• Responsible in all aspect of an live show execution from studio booking, talent liaison, facebook view boost purchase by managing different vendors & stakeholder (Live)
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholders & matters.
• Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
• Prepare profit & lost report and drive solutions to improve margin & reduce costing.
• Prepare the work plan sheet for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning.
