Proficient in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time); 6 working days in alternate week for JB office
Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office / Nusajaya Office
Able to start working on 28 April 2023

Tanggungjawab

Need to handle all inbound in regarding to customers\' inquiries and issues regarding food ordering or delivering.
Using problem solving skills in helping customers on any issues and provide satisfied service to them.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

Manfaat

Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT Claim RM 100 - 400 (min RM 10 per hour)
RM 300 Six Days Allowance for JB office
14 Days Annual leaves + 12 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
