- Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 1-2 years in social media marketing.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI\'s.
- Good knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
- Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as FB, IG, TikTok etc.
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Ability to write catchy content.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Good communication skills.
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation\'s brand and social media strategy.
- Scheduling social media posts using various applications.
- Use of platforms like FB, IG, TikTok etc, to reach new customers, engage with current ones, and announce new products or services.
