Tanggungjawab

To handle all purchases including issuance of Purchase Orders, liaise with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery and any other issues.
Works collaboratively with workers from warehouses and sales team
Responsible to ensure goods ordered are delivered promptly and follow thoroughly by having good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
Maintain accurate and comprehensive information on all purchases made and ensure that all purchasing records are updated and filed accordingly
Attend to call from/to suppliers
Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior/HOD
