Responsibilities

Junior chef for food catering services and preferable to be experienced in food handling and mass production
Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to specific recipes
Ensure a clean, safe and sanitary environment in the kitchen and follow food safety guidelines at all times
Assist with purchasing and receiving deliveries of food and supplies
Assist monthly inventory counts and record food wastage
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef
