Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any equivalent fields of study, preferably someone who has experience in the related field.
- Candidates with Admin& Account experience will be an advantage.
- Must know how to use the Autocount system
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
- Must be able to work in Damansara Damai (Near MRT)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for office document filling, file tag and labeling.
- Responsible for answering calls and correspondence (email etc.).
- Processing transactions, handling online banking payment entries, and issuing cheques.
- Able to handle customer invoicing process accurately
- Able to handle the documentation of account admin smoothly
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
