Kelayakan

  • At least a SPM/LCCI Certificate/Diploma in Accounting
  • Pro-active with positive and resilient mindset
  • Good analytical thought process and organizing abilities
  • Experience with SAGE ACCPAC will be advantageous
  • Meticulous with strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
Tanggungjawab
  • Playing a role in the financial activities of the Company which encompasses
  • Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable & receivable transactions
  • Ensure that all invoices are accurately entered into the accounting system and are supported by the required documents and approvals
  • Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation in accordance with the Company Policy
  • Monitoring & update of project costing
  • Support HR function including recruitment and payroll
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done
  • Perform other duties and general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Undertaking any ad-hoc project as and when assigned
