Requirements
- At least Diploma in Account/Finance/Business/Computer Science IT related or equivalent.
- Familiar in Accounting system or software support will be an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to speak Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking client will be an advantage.
- Service-minded & Analytical thinking.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply this position.
- Provide support to client/dealer via phone, email, chat, support portal and remote access.
- Handle client\'s issue with our Payroll software.
- Construct FAQs and answers.
