Minimum 1 year of experience in retail administrative or operations management role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. Average English is acceptable for this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Open to meet SPM holders & above.
Possess own transport, and have no issue traveling between Klang Valley outlet for work.
Tanggungjawab
Oversee the daily operations of the outlets, ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively according to company standards.
Maintain and organize company records, including client information, employee files, and financial documents, monthly outlet operations report.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the General Manager and other senior staff members.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked and reordered as needed.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including promotional activities and internal functions.
Ensure that all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulations, and manage regulatory compliances and licensing issues. Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
