• Diploma/ Degree in business/ marketing/ advertising or equivalent
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Designing/ Social media / Digital Marketing
• Knowledge on Social media, E-Commerce, Google Analytics, or AdWords is a plus
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized, technical savvy, think out of the box attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of business ethics and integrity
• Able communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for online campaigns & generating leads for the Courts Direct Sales Team and managing the Direct Sales digital acquisition process.
• To work with Head - Direct Sales to ensure effective and efficient digital campaigns across all Direct Sales locations.
• Design web pages, brochures, digital advertisements, gifs, videos, and other communication materials.
• Create these materials by using technology, including computer software programs. Online Tools, Adobe\'s Creative Suite-including Canva,
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
• Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the promotions applicable.
• Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.
• Responsible for planning and organizing promotional activities with related departments for digital channels
• Develop various online marketing strategies accordance to the budget given
• Actively source, follow up on leads of potential brands or categories, bringing them on board to contribute to the total SKU count/sales and online categories expansion plan, as per business direction required
• Responsible for quality and testing of content before final publication, i.e. create, design and edit graphic images to support online content
• Monitor digital platforms, social media content performance and derive actionable insights for optimization plan
• Prepare report to support digital marketing and analyse performance to continually identify optimization opportunities
