Associate degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year and above experience in accounting.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Basic knowledge of HR practices would be the plus point (such as in recruitment, and payroll)
Excellent communication, coordination, and service skills, with a strong team spirit.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong execution abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this role.
TanggungjawabBasic Financial Tasks:
Process company payments and manage reimbursements.
Perform basic bookkeeping, including recording transactions and overseeing petty cash.
Coordinate with the accounting department for financial reporting and audits.
Office Management:
Ensure a well-maintained office environment, managing the smooth operation of office equipment.
Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies.
Human Resources:
Support recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures.
Handle payroll and EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
