Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• A good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must.
• Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 6 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift & 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
• Must be able to start work on 30th Jan 2023!
• Possess own transport and have no issue to work at Petaling Jaya office.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer\'s needs.
• Provide customer support using English, Mandarin & Cantonese language via phone, email, live chat channels.
• Follow up and resolving customer complaints and problem and ensure its close to satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
