- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience doing business development, sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Have experience working in education/knowledge in training line
- This position will require travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, or other businessrelated events.
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Possess on transportation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and research.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure they remain satisfied.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development departments to align strategies aimed at increasing sales.
- Cold calling or emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Basic salary up to RM4,000 with commission package
- EPF + Socso
- Annual Leave + Medical Leave
- Petrol allowance
