Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Psychology or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on home appliances / consumer electronics or related industries preferred
Must respond to calls and messages rapidly
Must possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage when serving Mandarin-speaking customers
Must have good customer service and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, patience and immaculate manners
Must have the ability to manage and motivate a team
Must have a track record of delivering high-quality service and results
Must possess good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive)
Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot

Provide exceptional customer service in person and through various channels (phone, email, text, etc.), with a focus on resolving complex and escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they feel heard and valued
Ensure the timely resolution of service tickets, and proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Participate in meetings and projects as assigned, providing input on customer service matters
Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and reports as required
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, embodying our values and commitment to customer service excellence
Complete any assigned ad-hoc tasks
