Requirements
- Minimum SPM
- Computer literate
- With/without experience (Training provided)
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- At least 2 years in F&B
- Those with existing supervisor in F&B or those who wants to develop their leadership skills
- Responsible for daily operational tasks in compliance with Company\'s Standard Operating Procedures (example: Food Preparation, Customer Service)
- Deliver good customer service to all customers (eg: Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs)
- Supervision & Training of staff
- P&L Accountability
- Handle customer complaints.
- Good team player.
- Good problem solving skills.
