Job Description
Job Responsibility Demonstrate strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction Attentive to enquiries from internal and external parties includes designer, contractor and developer Assist in retail sales activities including walk-in sales as needed Manage order cycle to ensure timely and accurate order processing time Assist in developing presentations, proposals and RFQ with Sales Team Perform administrative support includes order creation, quotation and/or tabulation, RFQ and delivery schedules Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time Job Requirements Resourceful, open minded, meticulous and organized with an eye for details Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills Customer service oriented, proactive and flexible in work Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges Good problem solving and presentation skill, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions Good time management and manage to meet datelines Possess own transport Based at PJ Showroom Job Benifits Medical Claim EPF & Socso Annual Leave Bonus
