Requirements

EDUCATION LEVEL

  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3 years\' experience
  • Willing to work long hours (if required)
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL
  • Being able to resolve problems efficiently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work with all levels of people.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
  • Committed, mature, have pleasant disposition and able to work independently.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for effective communication between internal departments and channel feedback from the customers to superior or related department concern or vice versa
  • Managing key account customers inquiry, sales forecast, deliveries, following up with customers for administrative purposes, providing troubleshooting assistance for orders / complaint and account statuses
  • Maintaning an organized and accesible filling system
  • Reporting / Update to superior on unusual ordering pattern, slow / stop orders or urgent activivties from customers
  • Monitoring and analyze key account sales performance
  • Ensure ordeers are processed in line with customer\'s delivery requirements
  • Provide information to finance department if customer delay in payment
  • Time management and organization skills - interpersonal & communication skill
  • Monitaring key performance indicators for Order Processing team members, managing OP day to day activities and compiling reports
  • To provide management with accurate and timely reports on sales activities such as customers ordering
  • Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for urgent order, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and monitor closely on kick start of customer new product launching, LTO and OEM project.
  • Follow up and monitor overseas ordering and deliveries with production and warehouse team to avoid delays, short of stocks etc
  • Ensure system data is up to date and report any data discrepancies to amend immediately
